Chanbara Workshop

16 Nov 2008, 12 members from Henderson Taekwondo participated Padded Weapon workshop known as Sports Chanbara, organized by Stiletto TKD at Tahman Jurong CC conducted by the Samurai Sports Singapore  Practiced with padded focus stick designed to allow users to spar easily and train at 100 percent of their strength and speed, without fear of pain or injury, while capturing all rigors of the full-contact experience.

PA-STF Taekwondo Championship

2008

 

 

PA-STF Taekwondo Championship was held at Yishun Sports Complex on the 12 and 13 July 2008. 9 players from Henderson TKD participated in this competition. We had achieved 1 Gold, 2 Silvers and 1 Bronze. A Gold was achieved by Jordan Tay, 2 Silvers by Cheah GuanYing and Francessca and a bronze by Cheah Liying.

Pesta Sukan National Taekwondo Championship was held at Yishun Sports Complex on the 11, 12, 25 and 26 of August 2007. We had achieved 2 Gold, 5 Bronze. 2 Gold was achieved by Cheah Guanyin and Alvin Ho.
